Terms

• You must be at least 13, or older if your country requires it.
• One account per person. Do not impersonate anyone.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in secure and tell us if it is compromised.

Your goals, notes, and photos stay yours. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, and show them only as needed to run Stampable, and only to the people your visibility settings allow. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

Only post what you have the right to post. You are responsible for checking who can see a goal before you add a photo to it.

Do not use Stampable to:

• harass, threaten, or bully anyone, including through challenges or verdicts;
• post sexual, violent, hateful, or illegal content, or anything involving a minor;
• post photos of other people or their private information without their permission;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• spam, scrape, overload, or probe the service, or get around its access controls.

You can block or report any account. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

Stampable is a tool for keeping promises between friends. A stamp, challenge, or verdict is the opinion of the person who gave it, not ours. We do not check claims, guarantee outcomes, or settle disputes between users. Nothing in Stampable is medical, fitness, financial, or professional advice. Stampable does not hold money and goals carry no monetary stakes; any side bet you make with a friend is between you and them.

Cosmetic packs are sold through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms, including its refund policy. A pack is a licence to use its designs in your account. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and is not refundable by us except where the law requires it. A pack you bought keeps working after its drop closes.

The Stampable name, logo, design, artwork, and code belong to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. These terms do not give you any right to use them beyond using the app.

You can stop using Stampable and ask us to delete your account at any time, as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may change or discontinue features, or the service, at any time.

Stampable is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost, so keep your own copy of anything precious.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for anything other users do, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past twelve months or USD 50. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

If these terms change materially you will be told in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Stampable after that means you accept the new terms. Questions go to hello@contact.stampable.space.
