Stampable is a goal-accountability app. It stores the least it can to do that job: who you are, what you said you would do, and whether your witnesses agreed you did it. It does not sell anything to advertisers and there are no third-party ad or tracking SDKs in it.

What is stored

  • Your account — email address, handle, display name, and an avatar image. Signing in with Google gives us your email address, name, and profile picture, which becomes your avatar until you change it.
  • Your goals — their titles, cadence, dates, terms negotiated with a counterparty, and the state they are in.
  • Your claims and their proof — the note you write each window and any photo you attach, plus the stamps and challenges your witnesses leave on them.
  • Follows and notifications — who you follow, and the in-app notices generated for you.
  • Blocks and reports — who you have blocked, and any report you file about another account. Reports are read only by us, to enforce the terms.
  • Push subscriptions — if you turn notifications on, the browser or device endpoint needed to deliver them. Turning notifications off removes it.
  • Purchases — which cosmetic packs your account owns. Packs are bought through Google Play, which handles payment; card details are never seen by Stampable.

Who else sees it

  • Other people using Stampable. Nothing is visible without an account: a goal is only ever readable by someone signed in. A public goal, its claims, and its proof photos are visible to anyone signed in who can see your book — everyone, if your account is public, your approved followers if it is private. A private goal is visible to you, your counterparty, and its witnesses. Decide accordingly before you post a photo.
  • Supabase hosts the database, authentication, and the image storage.
  • Vercel hosts the site and collects aggregate, cookie-free page and performance analytics. No individual profiles are built.
  • Resend delivers account email.
  • A push service run by your browser or phone vendor (Google, Apple, Mozilla) relays notifications you asked for.

Beyond those, data is disclosed only when the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Goals, claims, and proof stay until you delete them or delete your account. A sealed board is kept deliberately — it is the keepsake the app exists to make. Deleting a goal deletes its claims, verdicts, and photos with it.

Children

Stampable is not intended for anyone under 13, and accounts are not knowingly created for them.

Deleting your account and your data

You can delete any individual goal from its page at any time, which removes its claims, verdicts, and photos.

To delete your whole account — the account record, your goals, claims, verdicts, proof photos, avatar, follows, blocks, notifications, push subscriptions, and packs — go to Delete account in the account menu. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in, email hello@contact.stampable.space from the address you signed up with and it will be done within 30 days.

Stamps and challenges you left on other people's goals are removed too, and you stop being their witness. Claims your stamps already counted stay counted; their goals are otherwise untouched.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially you will be told in the app before the change takes effect. Questions go to hello@contact.stampable.space.
